Refund & Returns Policy
Disclaimer:
For health and hygiene reasons, many of our items are intimate, post-op, or body-contact garments. We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are issued store credit only after inspection. Opened or worn items are final sale.
Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued as store credit (Shopify gift card) sent to your email.

Store credit excludes original shipping and does not include return shipping fees.

Credit does not expire.
What’s Not Returnable (Final Sale)
To protect our customers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or tried-on fajas, compression garments, shapewear, underwear, bodysuits, hosiery, socks, or any item that directly touches skin in intimate areas.

Items with removed tags, opened hygiene seals, signs of wear, washing, scents, makeup, deodorant, or damage.

Personal care and adhesive products.

Gift cards, downloadables, and items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
Return Window & Condition (for eligible items)

Request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be unopened, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags and any hygiene seals fully intact.

Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be refused and sent back.
Exchanges (Size/Color)

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible, unopened items within the 14-day window (subject to stock).

Customer is responsible for shipping both ways. If the exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged:

Email info@suiteluxuryrecoveryhome.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We’ll replace the item or issue store credit. (Refunds to original method are only provided where required by law.)
How to Start a Return

Email info@suiteluxuryrecoveryhome.com with your order #, item(s), and reason.

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label (label cost may be deducted from your credit).

Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

After inspection, we’ll email your store credit.
Shipping & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on past orders.
International Orders

At this time, returns on international orders are not supported (except for defects where required by law).
